Delivery takes place via SDA – POSTE ITALIANE courier within approximately 3 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier.

For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.

The products must be returned intact, unwashed, undamaged and with the tags indicating the bar code and any other seal that is part of the products; products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated or dirty will not be refunded.

  • Non lasciare in ammollo

  • Selezionare un programma delicato
  • Centrifugare sempre

Asciugatura e stiro

  • Asciugare appeso e lontano dalla luce diretta del sole
  • Per un effetto più casual, evitare di stirare il capo
  • Per un effetto più elegante si consiglia di stirare seguendo le istruzioni indicate
    nell’etichetta interna e, comunque, a bassa temperatura

ATTENZIONE: il crêpe di viscosa solitamente NON va stirato per mantenerne l’effetto
increspato. È possibile che, durante il lavaggio, il capo si restringa. Se succede,
vaporizzare o stirare il capo a bassa temperatura.
