Shipping and Deliveries

Delivery takes place via SDA – POSTE ITALIANE courier within approximately 3 working days from the moment the package is commissioned to the courier.
For remote areas (e.g. for Italy: Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily) it may take 7 working days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically shipped the next business day after payment is confirmed.

All payments are subject to random checks by the payment circuits: until the conclusion of the checks, the payment of the order will be temporarily suspended and it is not possible for us to proceed with the shipment.

When the order is entrusted to the courier you will receive an email with the shipment number: by clicking the link, you will be redirected to the SDA – POSTE ITALIANE website and you will be able to view the path of your shipment.
The courier does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders may experience delays in shipping during the following holiday periods: January 1st, January 6th, Easter Monday and Easter Sunday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, Week of August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, Week of December 25th, December 31st.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will follow one of the following procedures, depending on the area:

  • He will leave a notice of passage near the doorbell or your mailbox containing the useful information to book a new passage;
  • Will deposit your order at the Post Office of reference in your area. Also in this case SDA POSTE ITALIANE will leave a notice of passage with the shipment references: with the notice you can go to the indicated Post Office and collect your package. After the period of 10 (ten) days of storage the package will be sent back to us.

We recommend that you monitor the status of your shipment frequently as, if you are absent, you may not immediately notice the notice of passage, or for various reasons the carrier may not be able to deliver it.

IN ITALY SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €99.00.
